Information for the processing of personal data – Information document pursuant to and for the effects referred to in Article 13, Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196 and art. 13 of the New European Regulation 2016/679 below simplified in “G.D.P.R.”

In compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Privacy Code) and subsequent changes, we are to provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you.

The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be available through links on the websites in the domain of the owner, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the d.lg. n. 196/2003 – Code on the protection of personal data and art. 13 of the G.D.P.R.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group set up by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the modalities, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the link, as well as to the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services of this site is carried out at the company’s headquarters, Data Controller and are taken care of only by its collaborators, in charge of the processing, or by any external subjects for maintenance or updating of the pages of the site.

Personal and identification data

Personal data, any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identification data, personal data that allow the direct identification of the data subject (such as name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc…).

  1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Personal and possibly sensitive data, voluntarily provided, will be subject to processing for the following purposes, until your opposition:

  1. METHODS OF TREATMENT – CONSERVATION

Regulation (EC) No 42 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within and within the limits provided for in art. 43 and 44 lett.b of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, in order to comply with the related contracts or purposes. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

– entities providing services for the management of the information system used by Ifs Italia srl and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);

– studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;

– competent authorities for the fulfilment of obligations of laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Controller, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.   1. NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT AND REFUSAL

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to take advantage of the services of the data controller.

  1. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The data controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain an indication of the date of update of the information. The use of the site, after the publication of the changes, will constitute acceptance of the same.
